Engagements
Any actual software project is governed by a written agreement that we provide before work starts, covering scope, price, timing and handover. Nothing on this website overrides that agreement.
Intellectual property
Until you pay in full for a project, the deliverables remain ours. After final payment, the code, accounts and documentation you were quoted are yours, as stated on the process page. Nothing here transfers ownership of LimeAxis's own brand and materials.
Confidentiality
Information you share about your business in the course of a project is treated as confidential and used only to do the work.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LimeAxis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from this website or from a project, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
